A little help please

I know this is the same shot I posted the other day, but I have a question for anyone out there using Hook 4: how in the fuck do I go about editing the general light settings? This overall look is what I'm shooting for (models, environment, etc.), but it's just too goddamn dark. I can edit the brightness and contrast in Gimp but I'd rather just deal with it in-game. If anyone could help me out here that would be fantastic. I'm running Hook 4 with ReShade included.
