Texture Fix 1

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT MY WORK. PLEASE DO NOT RATE. I have personally uploaded, downloaded, and tested this in game. A few "irregularities" were found with the original files, and have since been replaced with legit ones. This is a texture from Snipessoo, that has been fixed so that the Top and Skirt can be used together as they should be. I've made the final decision, after taking into consideration many people's comments and opinions, to fix some of his textures that I've personally wanted to use, but couldn't. I figure those that downloaded the original texture and found out they couldn't use it as intended should get another shot. Thanks for all your patience, and remember THIS IS NOT MY WORK.
