Cronan is assigned to form a special police force under Governor Smokey to deal tough issues. Riots....rebels...pandas....just call Cronans rangers and the after some bullets or clubs the problem will be sorted out.....guaranteed. Amazing how giving a cop a cowboy hat runs him/her into a badass...listen up citizens, if you see a cop with a cowboy hat or in body armor be sure to be careful! Though the chairman's reasoning for the force is still not known to cronan....he should enjoy the "liberties" for being a lawman in GE
