Velma Dinkley Scooby Doo Outfit Lifted Back Skirt with Open and Closed Tops

This 3rd version comes with a "lifted back" skirt instead of the normal skirt. You can use the standard knee high socks by thri-xxx and just recolor them in the game customizer. and use the library glasses too, unless you want to use other bigger glasses mods. Up to you. This time I didnt forget the DUP files for atomic tits and pregnancy etc..all the DUPs are in here. The original skirt was made by @Darkness a long time ago. It was dark grey and the pleats didnt like the customizer color changer much so I redid the color on it to red for Velma's outfit and it can now change to whatever color you like with the customizer without getting any mismatching colors in the pleats. I made everything color friendly from head to toe for the customizer so you can use these parts for other than just a Velma outfit if you want.
